Services

Family Therapy

This type of therapy aims to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen the relationships within a family. I am to create a supportive environment where family members can openly express their feelings and concerns, understand each other's perspectives, and work together to overcome issues. Through guided sessions, families can develop healthier interactions, build trust, and find effective solutions to their problems, ultimately fostering a more harmonious and supportive family dynamic.

Individual Therapy

Also known as one-on-one therapy, this personal and confidential process aims to help clients address specific issues, understand their emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Overall, individual therapy aims to empower clients to make positive changes in their lives, improve their mental health, and achieve personal growth.

Couples Therapy

Couples counseling focuses on the dynamics between the individuals in a relationship, aiming to resolve conflicts, enhance communication, build trust and intimacy, and strengthen the bond between partners. Couples counseling is a supportive and structured way for partners to work through their issues and create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

About Paige

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate in the state of Washington. I received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I have training and experience in a number of evidence-based therapies for treating individuals as well as couples.

Through my therapeutic approach, I will work with you and/or your family to help explore where you are now and help to create and meet future goals. I am compassionate and resourceful and provide effective tools and strategies to help tackle various everyday obstacles in life, from crisis intervention to support after a long week.

I strive to be a great listener that values personal relationships within a non-judgmental setting. Seeking personal growth is courageous and vulnerable. I would be honored to hear your story and work alongside you to build a new way of being - one step at a time.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with my husband and daughter out and about in the Spokane area - hiking and exploring what this amazing city has to offer. I also love to bake, read, and play Rummikub as taught to me by my grandmother.
